Resources and Hotlines

PLEASE NOTE: Dr. Jablonski offers psychotherapy and consultation by appointment only, and does NOT provide emergency or crisis intervention services.  If you are currently in an emergency or otherwise in need of immediate help that cannot wait for an appointment, this section provides links and phone numbers for services that are available 24 hours a day/7 days a week. 

Emergency and Crisis Intervention Resources: 

If you or someone you know is in an Emergency immediate danger (of doing something to seriously harm themselves, someone else, or have already done so) call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.  If you or someone you know is in Crisis, struggling with severe emotional distress and/or disturbing thoughts – such as thoughts of suicide – you can speak to someone 24-hours a day by calling one of the mental health crisis hotlines that are available in NYC.

Domestic Violence and Abuse Resources

If you or someone you know is in a dangerous situation at home, experiencing abusive, violent or threatening behavior by a family member or someone else living in the home.  24-hour domestic violence services and hotlines are available for help or more information.
