I work with adolescents and adults seeking help with experiences such as depression, anxiety, relationship problems, adjustment to life changes, living with a chronic illness, navigating identity, and working in creative fields. I see therapy as a collaborative process, working together towards mutually agreed upon goals. My primary theoretical orientation is psychodynamic, with an emphasis on relational psychoanalytic thinking. I integrate cognitive behavioral interventions and other evidence based approaches as indicated. I also integrate mindfulness based practices, sleep practices, and an emphasis on creative flow experience in helping to cultivate and maintain wellness.
